  We had Palatka Flooring carpet our living room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. In a year and a half, it was all rippling up. My husband and I both called numerous times and we were totally given the run around. They kept promising to send someone, but after months (yes, months),of waiting, we called another repair service and are getting it fixed. It is taking all day and costing us, of course. The carpet was never stretched properly. It is bad enough to have a poor job done, but the BS run around game really hurts. So sad because they seem to be the only choice in the area.

  We just moved here (bought a house) and wanted to freshen up the look with new flooring. We love our "small town" community. We really wanted to shop locally, but were a bit skeptical due to the fact that a lot of smaller business are much more expensive. Well, the prices here are wonderful! But, even more than that, this is a family run business: Grandpa, then Dad, and now, Son. The service was top-notch! So professional, yet friendly. FAST and efficient. The men who installed our 3 rooms of carpet/laminate worked non-stop and did a fantastic job. My hubby is an engineer, so he demands perfection and, yes, we got it!. We WILL be back! Highly Recommend!
