  This store is easy to access right in the front of the Palatka Mall. There is plenty of parking for both small or large vehicles. The store was clean and tidy which means a lot as these types of discount stores always pack a lot of merchandise. The merchandise seems to be of lower quality...ie the storage bins we looked at had a thinner more flimsy feel, the shelving units we were shopping for were not quiet as sturdy as those found at large hardware stores or discount clubs. Something to keep in mind, is that you can save a few bucks if you don't need top quality. The staff was there, but we did not have much interaction to verify what other reviews have said about rude and unfriendly employees. Our cashier was nice but the store manager was behind us in line and she was talkative but not friendly....mostly complaining about the store. The store has a great selection of products mostly aimed at home improvment or decor, but does include; clothing, accessories, groceries, personal electronics, as-seen-on-tv items, and an extensive book section. Based on a good first experience, if we are in need of something this store has to offer we will be returning.
