  Hands down, THE WORST Lowe's I've ever been in. There is always a line to check out, customer service is non-existent and most of the time, they can't answer any of your questions. I recently placed 2 different orders for soffit. The first order I placed out of the St Augustine store because it wasn't in stock in Palatka. That store called me within 8 hours and it was delivered the next day. When I needed more, I placed the order out of the Palatka store. It's been 3 days, I haven't heard anything from them and when I checked today, it says the order has been delivered! I had to call corporate to get it resolved. If you can go to another store, you should.
